Well, since all my credit CRs are frozen, I decided to do it.
Result: 15k to 20k CL, instantly via online and via SP.
Balance is 0, PIF always.
P.S. Last time I asked for CLI via online, it said that my CRs are frozen and a rep called me. I decide not to unfreeze my credit and move on.
This time they approved. NO pull from Amex's Credit Secure which updated daily.
