Besides the neophytes to the travel rewards game, it'd be hard for me to imagine most wouldn't understand how to maximize the UR program. I don't take into consideration those too obtuse to fully understand UR points when comparing the relative merits of cards.
Travel credits are glorified cash rewards. The Arrival should be compared to cashback cards, such as the Fid Amex, or JCB 3%, for those in CA and HI, and other cashback cards.
