Lowes Approval

Went to lowes today and am doing a big renovation project. Decided to apply to save the 5%. Approved for $2,400 after it went to the security department. Reconed while still on the phone asked for $10,000 countered with $6,000 will post scores/ect once I get the paperwork

Fantastic approval!  Huge congrats! 

Lowe's is actually my oldest account at 12 years (soon to be 13).  Even though I now rent I plan to keep them as long as they'll keep me!

It can grow in time as well... my account was balance chased years ago all the way to $473 when I lost my job and had a multitude of issues (but never was late with Lowe's) and I put it in the SD for several years.  Once my TU strengthened I was able to get CLIs via the website, and once I got to $10k (and had a clean TU) I called credit solutions and got it increased to $20k.  It will definitely grow! 

FWIW the EX pull (and occasionally double TU/EX) isn't unheard of when applying in-store.  In this case I would say it was worth it, though!

Congrats on the approval. This seems to be Synchrony's golden egg as the credit limit can blow the roof off.Enjoy!
