MY Brother got approved for Citgo Card!!!

My brother applied for Citgo Card online yesterday, He got instantly approved. He didn't know the CL. He already signed up the account online. It told him it will lwt him know the limit within 48 hrs. He got an alert from CK. They pulled TU.
