Mega NASA Credit Cards Approvals!!

Why is this like that? Approvals? It's a membership drive by one of the biggest CUs with paid advertisements. A lot of people are having to submit docs, including myself. I just see people say this with no evidence. PSECU was handing out psl 20k/20k like candy when they opened membership shortly. And I got $20k from Navy with less age, more util, and lower scores. So to compare this with occu when other large CUs have done this with no problems in the past is not a good comparison.

My savings account is still in deferred status... but my CC apps have both been instantly approved and funded with no issues.

That's what people are saying. I didn't let my savings account get accepted before I applied for CC, so I do have a HP for it -- but I'm way ok with that.

Just to join the fun... I opened a share account with $5 and membership app went to "referred" status.  App'd for their Cash Rewards card and was instantly approved for $30k @ 13.99%.  Received the docs thru DocuSign this evening so I should see account setup tomorrow or the next day.  Ficos are in the 790-800 range across all 3 bureaus with AAoA of 5.5 yrs and 32 yrs of history.  Lots of new accounts (I like my bonuses, ok?) but not too many INQs this year so far.  Did the "duck/beaver" thing last year and still have the card...so we'll see what happens with this one.

Oh wow, didn't realize that one could have higher than the aggregate 50k limit, but with your scores and you've had the one for a good period of time, I can see why they did a 2nd 30k approval. Great job! (I'm hoping it's not like OCCU, too.. but we shall see.)

Hmmmm.... NASA CU is on the same CU loan network as San Francisco Police Credit Union (sfpcu.org) which is (loanspq.com AKA Meridian Link)

The application forms are pointing to the same service from both. Interesting to me because I'm already a member of SFPCU.

Pending for me since yesterday. They told me it would take about 2 business days to make a decision. Never really had a credit union card before and not expecting anything but since I don't see any HPs from them on my EX report, might as well see what happens.
