Thanks "BearsandTurtles".  Yes, I was lucky to get the Visa instead of  the store card.  I also got the Sams Club Discover right away too.  I am going to try the magic number today for the Sams Club.  Not sure I will get increased, as they gave me a 500.00 increase the beginning of the month, but it won't hurt to try.

I'm on a roll...just got my Dillards credit limit increased from $3000 to $5000.  Think I will try my Lowes next week, don't want to push it!
