My first pre-approval

I been cleaning my report since like march and finally I opted back in in July early August. And I received a mailer from premier which there isn't anyway I would accept. Then. The next day one from Citi Preferred. Kinda nice. My last baddie is gone as of today too off Equifax. No more credit cards til the mortgage is obtained!

Starting Score: TU 489 EQ 561 EX unknown (2/24/2013)
Current Score: Lender Pull (11/15/13) EQ 702, TU 679, EX 684

Re: My first pre-approval

Nice to feel wanted isn't it?

WTG

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Re: My first pre-approval

Yes sir! My eyes are on the prize and yes it's nice to be wanted. Just got an email from Expedia asking me to apply for their Citi card too today. Lol. Wonder If ther is a connection, probably not. Paying it no mind until after closing. Then I will consider all options. Lol

I'm back in the game, only this time I know and understand how credit works and how valuable it is. It all makes more sense with the help of this site. Thank you all!
