NFCU - 4X CLI

Just went for a CLI on my NFCU Account.. tried for 10,000.... auto approved for 10K... OMG  my highest credit limit!!!!  I've been keeping my credit well below 10% and paying at least half of my purchases either at the register or pay online and make monthly payments of $100 on accounts with balances..  CLI went from 2500 to 10K in a matter of seconds.    Yay! Me!

congrats but per navy's instant counter if the sp cli is in the system you should ask for $25k and get the full amount back.

You should have put in $25k and they will counter with what you can have! You may have left more on the table! That's what I did at first, and then read CA official navy cli post and went back asked for $25k and they countered with $10

the question now is was $10k your internal counter!

Id risk it for the bisket and put in another cli since you could be talking about thousands and thousands more... but if the possible INQ would be an issue than give it 3-6 months.

do you have the checking line of credit for $15k?
