NY&C CLI

Got a NY&C card about 2 months ago.  Carried a balance the entire time.  Made a purchase this week that pushed the balance toward the credit limit.  Made a payment at the  same time.  Hit the LUV button.  Double CLI from 250 - 500.  Low limit, but I'll take the increase....I shop here frequently.
