Meatman, i believe once a creditor has access to your report, ie you opening an account with them, they can sp your account at least i believe so because ive acrually seen the sp from Comenity on my PPC account and i know my reports were frozen when they did it.
MCHOUSTON, i wouldnt count them out on your next cli attempt, they really do seem to reward you if your profile deems it so.
Ive been trying to fix my Equifax for awhile now and last time i was able to see my report most of my creditors had finally starting putting my accounts up to date. Put in disputes to make sure they did and perhaps Navy saw my much more better updated file this time
