Navy Federal CLI... WOW!

Decided to hit the "maximum amount" button on NFCU CLI. Card is about 4 months old... credit score hovering around 645... was using about 70% of my credit limit as I just paid off a cruise on my CC... this is what I got:

Not sure about always, but my first card with them( Platinum) was instant SP approval for 24K, then 91 day CLI to 25 via SP. Gonna see at 6 months what I can grow it to. My goal is to grow it to 40K, then leave a little room for something else down the road.
