I went ahead and applied for the CLOC.
Instantly approved for $15k
I wasn't going to do it.. but, I'm so far over 5/24 anyway that if I ever want to app the CSR I'll have garden for the next 20 months to even be in their ballpark.
We're pretty sure we want to downsize to a smaller home in the next 2 years so felt it was ok to app the CLOC now and (try to) garden til 2018. (yikes)
