Thanks & Oh yes. I will need to grow my Aaoa for sure. I started building my credit in 2015.got my first card in june 2015. And so far i have most of the cards i wanted , always pay in full unless i have a 0% interest promo , and i never paid any interest on Ccs never plan to in future.i want use credit cards for rewards and bonuses only . Building short but good credit profile has helped me get auto loan at 4.0% even though my employment history is just 8 months. Im an immigrant (LPR) and i never bought a car here before through financing. My first car that i bought here in 2015 was a used corolla and i paid 3500 to a private party, didnt have to use financing. But recently someone rear ended my car at the signal, it was declared total loss. And me and my husband ( he is a Us citizen) could buy two cars at 0 downpayment. I got 4% apr and he got 0%.
I am getting insurance settlement from a totalloss claim . Around 5000$ so i am going pay off all the current debts ( 0% promo apr ones) and start fresh! sometimes thing line up perfectly in life ! After an year or so when my scores go up i will try to refinance my car loan through penfed. Lets see. Right now they offered 4.25% for 72. Not a better deal than my current loan.
Congrats on your 2017 success so far. Feels good to finally get those instant approvals and decent limits. 2017 is going to be the best Credit year for me in a decade even tho I have no plans to apply for anything.
