My scores went up a bit (myFico: EX 708 | EQ 673 | TU 680), and my UTI was down to 4% so I pulled the trigger on a few applications.
AMEX Starwood Preferred Guest: Approved Limit: $2000
AMEX Premier Rewards Gold: Approved
CareCredit: Approved Limit: $7500, they pulled Experian surprisingly. I expected them to pull TU. (I have some long overdue dental work.)
Amazon Prime Store Card: Approved Limit: $1000 (Also pulled Experian).
Chase Marriott Rewards VISA: 30-day further review notice. (I got a bit ambitious on this one.)
Pretty happy with these! And these are my first AMEX Cards ever!
Anyway, I'm going to garden for the rest of the year and let these grow as I now have 11 total inquiries.

I got the denial letter from Chase today.
It states "Insufficient balance in deposit and investment accounts with us" as the reason.
Maybe they're still mad that I closed the joint bank account I had with my ex-wife many years ago. Oh well, no Chase cards for me then.
Congrats on on mini App spree . time to go back to garden hehe
