Nordstrom SP Increase

Contacted Nordstrom today to request an increase on my limit.  They offered me a $1000 increase to make my new limit $3500.

I happily accepted.


Starting Score: 639 (Walmart TU)
Current Score: TU 715 (Barclay) EX 685 (myFICO) EQ 697 (myFICO)
Goal Score: 700 Across the Board (Mortgage Goal Achieved 1/31/2012!)

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Congrats! I was actually thinking about getting that card. But, I haven't apped for it yet.

The general rule is every 6 months, unless you receive them automatically or prefer something higher depending on your spend.  It appears for the most part they are SP, but you can always ask them to confirm before they review the account.  Once you reach $15K+, financials would be required and a HP.  I'm at $12K on their Visa Sig.
