the same happened with me, included Discover in BK back in 2007, applied last month and was approved with a $1500 limit

Is there even a set rule to their black list?

I had a chargeoff from them that is since paid off but I'm not sure if it's worth even trying to apply again.

Understand your circumstances! I had a BK7 back in 2001 (business) and Discover denied me twice over the years. The BK dropped July 2011 and received and invitation to apply and was approved September 2011. Only took 10 years ;(

Grats. I believe I am on the blacklist however my reasons never state it specifically. However on the back of the letter it says past credit obligations so I believe that I may be on the blacklist.
