Has anyone been successful in getting a CLI for orchard bank conversion accts on the capital one website? I got the 10 day message.

PS - I tried the LUV button and calling in. They said the only way to submit CLI's is on the phone or the CLI website button.....

I asked the cust service rep if people had been getting approved through the online CLI system and if it even worked and she said LOTS of people are getting approved...yeah right.

Never got an CLI with Cap1 after 4 years of having a cc with them, I recently got a Barclay and cancel them, many times did I requested and nothing. They said you got to email the CEO and things like that, I say if I got to do that for such a simple thing I'm better off with another lender.
