Thought I would try calling the back of the number on my cards from Comenity (the usual suspects).
Denied on most.. 
But two approved me for CLI: 
Overstock from 500.00 to 700.00
J.Crew from 250.00 to 450.00
Used both of these cards and have less than 1/2 CL balance.
Been PIF most all cards.
Not sure if it is the same method (back of card automated number)
of asking for CLI on Comenity based Visas and MC's?
I got those in June so will wait for a few months...
I got these cards in early April thru May 2015 with Ex 615 (Now 660's)
Have too many INQ's, 2 baddies and way too much new credit.
Hurt my AAoA ...so been gardening since late June...
Lessons learned here..But I am patient, I can wait for the goodies to follow.
