I applied for this card back in the first week of september (was actually the day before i jumped into the garden because it was clear I was done for a while) as a popup on my paypal account. It would have been my fourth synchrony product.
I was denied, but they didnt even pull a report, they gave the reason as "too many new synchrony accounts recently opened"
