I got an email from Paypal Credit (formerly BML) that my CL had been increased to $4500, up from $1500.

Madman26.JSS3 is asking not for your overall stats but the ones specific for this account:
- account age
- how much usage did you put through it before the CLI
- did you PIF every month or carry balance
While EMMV your example may demonstrate for others what type of account activity/management produce a CLI with BML
