Update: Got an inquiry notice for Transunion, which is strange because I thought PenFed was an EQ-puller. So they pulled a 770 FICO on TU as opposed to my just-barely-breaking 700 FICO on EQ.

Status went from Approved ----> Transferred ----> then showed up on my dashboard with the $22k CL. Pretty sweet if you ask me.

In other news I app'd for a NASA PLOC which came back instant approval for $30k at 8.25%!
