No other baddies and my (60) days late is from December

I was denied for a PLOC.  Sent an email to them pleading my case and the next day I was automatically approved for a debt consolidation loan.  Very happy with PenFed thus far.

I got my Promise card a month ago. 3 days after my first statement cut I hit the luv button for a CLI and they gave me a 40% increase... from 5k to 7k.

I'd say that's pretty good on CLI's
