I received an auto CLI on both of my Chase credit cards.

Chase Sapphire (Opened Sept 2015) 8500 --> 11900

IHG (Opened April 2016) 4000 --> 5000

I used the Sapphire heavily and carried a small balance on each card for a month. I've also been banking with Chase for 10 years. Scores are high 600s/low 700s. Chase has been very good to me and I love the rewards and the customer service!
