Just got myFICO TU Alert (3 day after the fact).  If I remember right this "Farley State Bank" Inquiry is actually Chase correct?  If not I have to get on the phone and handle it.

Does Chase ever send an email once a card has shipped? IIRC, they just send the initial email uppn approval that your card will get there in 7-10 days.
