Shopping Cart Trick Finally Worked!!!!!!!!!

I'm over the moon right now! I've spent the last 12 months getting all baddies deleted and paid off as well ........except that dreaded First Premier who refuses to delete after numerous attempts...GRRR

I digress........I was getting mega frustrated because I need to rebuild with positive accounts yet I only had my car loan and fortiva account reporting.  No one would give me a chance even though all baddies were gone.  Numerous attempts at getting that shopping cart pop up yielded nothing.  I was realdy to give up then yesterday I said  let me try this shopping cart thing one more time.  First I tried Buckle.....approved! I almost fell over!  Then Express ...approved......VS didn't pop up so i took a hard pull and applied ....APPROVED!!!!!! I also got LOFT and HOME Depot........done with my little app spree for now.  But I cant even explain how shocked and grateful I am that all my hard work paid off.  I know these are store card but it's something to start with.

OMG... I pulled up my Experian Credit Report to see how my address is litsed because of apt. (I usually just put #xx but my credit report actually shows it on 2nd line with Apt xx instead) I went over to the Buckle and put some stuff in the card and put in address with Apt instead of # and next screen BOOM - Pre-approved for $250!)

Was so excited I ran over to Sportsmansguide and still nothing so ran over to Express and before I finished typing in my phone number a screen popped up if I was interested in an Express Card I clicked yes and another screen came up to type in last 4 of soc. and dob and submit and BOOM - APPROVED!! (didn't say limit)

I had burned an Express card back in 2010 in my Bankruptcy so had never been offered anything... UNTIL TODAY!!!

Thanks for the post, made me think I should try again and be more careful how my information matches with Credit Report!

@creditaddict........yes but I didnt get the pop up.......first i got pop up for Buckle...............but i took the hard pull for home depot.  It didnt approve right away it just gave me a reference number and told me to call in .....so i called and the lady on the phone asked me some security questions then came back on line and said i was approved!
