Usually if you ask for X number and they instantly give you it, more likely you have some more wiggle room for a higher CL.

I thought the same thing, but just do it - the Credit Solutions people are not scary at all. When the guy asked me last night how much I was looking to increase it by, I casually said "let's shoot for 25000" and he didn't act like that was abnormal.
