Successful Barclays CLI recon!!

I went agaisn't what I preach and I went for JB CLI and apped for Chase FU JUST TO PAD MY Utilization - dumb! All becuase my Util about to go from 2% to 8%. They both double pulled me with TU and EX, so that's 4 inq in one day. Initially declined JB increase to $18K from 10K. Anaylist told me my history a little light at 3 years AAOA and I never went over $1000 so far. No matter what i said her answer NO. Then i found out 2 hard pulls and i had to at least t andry recon. Next anaylsit same question, but now I said " I was confused, I thought zero balance good for CLI not high usage". Also grilled me on why i PIF!! Finally he said, I understand your frustation with 2 inq, your file is clean, giving you $5000 increase. Now I'm waiting on 30 day pending with Chase. 

 

AAOA 3 years TU (now) 730 EX (now) 734 EQ 744. 207,000 total Cl   Chase CSP, AMEX Plat, AMEX PRG, JET BLUE, Discover, BOA, AMEX ED Preff, Macys BEST buy.Citi Simp.

Congratulations on the JetBlue CLI! But dang.. since when did Barclays start doing double pulls for CLIs? Is this a new thing?
