Target - Sent the elevator - I went up

Outcome:

I received an $600 auto CLI yesterday from target. New Credit line $2800.

The facts:

This happened after I spent over $500 over two months in total. The card reported the new balance on AUG statement, paid on the bill this month. The statement closed on the 20th September showing a $500 bal.  

Four days’ latter the increase appeared on my credit report, for which I received an alert message. 

The opening:

2014/6 starting limit was $300.

Congrats!! Target has been really generous lately. I'm really surprised they increased your limit so quickly and that large upon receiving that card. Most people said that they had been stuck at $300 for years before getting their first increase.

My SL was $500 in November 2015.
First auto increase was in April to $900.
Second auto increase was in July to $1400.

Hoping for another huge one before the holiday season. Also, some people are getting upgraded to the MC. Hopefully that will happen soon too.
