I did the same last week after 7th statement cut. Original CL 8300, asked for 3000, got offered 2000. I took it with no Hard Pull.
My balance at the time was about 5400. Overall util with all CC acounts was 11% though.
Now just waiting for another 7 statements to do it again.
The CLI link is still there too.
Any informaiton about what happens if you ask again before the six month window ?

Is this always a soft pull after the 6 month mark?

Did they give you the heads up on SP or HP before you asked for CLI?

You authorize them to HP/SP when you initiate it however typically it will counter offer you with a SP, if you request higher then it is HP. For example you want $5k but the system offers $2k, that's a SP however if you pursue the $5k it will be HP.

I also did one online with a SP went from $17,500 to $30,000. It gave me the 30 min message but basically instantly approved since the new CL reflected quickly.
Damn that's huge! (insert "that's what she said" here)
