Requested an online cli from my current 5.5k line. Input income info, and bam, new credit line to 10k.  I tried a month ago, but i think it was only 3 statements from prev increase, so it was denied.  My statement cut on 6/11, so i guess i was golden today! Gotta love those GE soft pull increases!

Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
