I'm now free of all baddies.

The thing that is holding me back the most, is 3 yrs and small change for AAoA.  My oldest reporting open account being my Amex(s).

Outside of that I avg between 1-3% UTIL and have 3% DTI

If you are completely baddie free, and score in the 7's, I wouldn't be to shy about app'ing Chase.  But I really think you have to be completely baddies free.

It was literally ALL to do with this site. My only regret is that I didn't find this site years sooner.  It wouldn't have spead up the removing of my repo, but I could have got to work on GW letters and at least have a higher AAoA...if all things were equal, except an early beginning to my rebuild.

Either way, this board was really the support and I'm going to go back and try and find my first few post where I was typing that these days would never arrive.
