How did you get the increase? Like the steps you took through the automated system, if you don't mind my asking.
When I call the number and say "credit limit increase", it asks my info and then says it is going to transfer me to a representative. I just hang up. Maybe because I haven't received/activated my card yet? **not trying to hijack your thread**
