How long did you wait before doing a CLI luv request?

I have been trying the phone CLI request for both Paypal and Amazon since the 3rd statements for both.  Always denied.  The denial letters have been using a credit pull from September of 2014 with a low score (629), and before I had a collection in error removed from my reports.  Even my last attempt via phone in December used this same September pull.

I decided to randomly try the Luv button on the website, and it worked.  My 6th statement just cut a few days ago.  I will try Paypal once its 6th cuts as well which should be next month.

Good to know.  I have Paypal at $5900 and their was a recent $900 CLI in December, no HP/SP I could see.  I have Ashley furniture since Oct under their 12 month no interest promo.  It is 65% paid off, so I will be done in a few months.  Butttt......there does not appear to be a "luv" button for Ashley....
