How do you apply for recon? Is it just a phone call? I was denied for ThankYou Preferred.

Idk!? Lol Citi is SLOW! I went through Customer Service a few times for a recon and was denied like three times.. Lol... Called the Exec Office, and I recently faxed them addy verification info. I think maybe it could be a fraud concerned issue?

Either way, I recently noticed a HP on my Exp report from Citi too, but they denied me based on EQ!

Idk... Blah lol sorry to rant.:-/
