approved for double cash, decent limit all things considered

I got approved for the Double Cash card from Citi early this AM. Limit is 5900. My overall utilization is quite low, less than 5% but i am carrying a balance on my citi Diamond Prefferred 6k out of 20k.I am not carrying a balance on any other card besides Amazon which is less than 600 dollars but I'm choosing to pay it down slowly bc of a special financing offer. I am also AU on some of my hubby's card which have balances though.  I also had several hard pulls in recent months for CLIs. The score given to me by them is 751. I will recon this limit when my card comes as others have.

Also worth noting: pre-quali app said i would get highest interest rate so i cold apped and got 15.99
