cap 1 eo success but small cli

i recently got a upgrade from my platinum card via online chat to a quicksilver one card but they wouldnt waive the annual fee or cli. i just got a cli in march from 750 to 1250. i read here about contacting the eo via email so i did, they called me a few days later asked income, how much i wanted i told them 3500 cl and told them no annual fee. they said theyd get back to me in 3-5 days. i just logged in and seen that they gave me a cli to 1500, they gave me a small 250 raise lol. i guess whatever i can get out of them ill have to take. they told me it would be a soft pull. now i have to see if they waived the annual fee. still no call backs yet. plus i closed the secured card with them yesterday since that would never graduate and i def has served its purpose.
