care credit CLI question

I would like to get a CLI on my care credit account what is the chances I've had the card for about a year never used it got it for dental work ended up not using it for work it has a $800 limit is it a HP or SP for CLI and what's the best # for requesting it

I called one of the backdoor numbers to request a CLI and got an automated service. I requested the CLI through the automated service and they did a HP, I was pissed. I've requested CLI's from my online account and those were always SP.
