No it isn't, I just joined a few days ago
My "approvals" for a PLOC and platinum card were about 50 days ago.
Haven't gotten a formal approval or a denial or anything, and no account appears on the website and no card has been received in the mail.
I'm assuming they have reneged on their approval.
So much for that.
Wow, sorry SJ, agree with Bruised, very unprofessional. What do they think, if we dont send anything, maybe he'll forget or you apping never happened. Sheesh, at least have the courtesy to say we decided on not approving and heres why. The only thing that should last 50 days is if your Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler courting

That's really odd, sorry for your experience! Have you called to see what happened? It's not only unprofessional, they're required to send a FCRA letter for the denial. (If that's what happened)
I had joined a few months ago with the intent of applying for one of their cards, but after reading too many threads about their kind of schizo behavior, I think I'm just going to close my accounts and be done with them.

Maybe I spoke too soon. This evening they emailed me that they want me to send another year's tax return and W2... so I guess it's still in the works.
