Hey All,
Looking for any information or opinions on the post here. So, I am looking to put an insurance premium for the year on a credit card (also moving into a new apartment) so I want to leave my cash freed up for that. I am looking to leave the premium on my card for a little while and just chip away at it, thus, the need for 0%. I bank with PNC and could get a card with them but have also been eyeing the Chase Sapphire to accompany my Freedom...not sure I want to pay that $95 AF though.
Lastly, I have the old Apple Visa Financing card with Barclay's...should I apply for a card with Barclay's and then transfer the CL from my Apple Financing? I believe Barclay's has a 0% intro period on the Arrival which would give me the ability to have 0% and a travel rewards card added to my portfolio.
Cheers!
The CSP is a great card, especially teaming up with your freedom, but I do not believe it is 0% interest in the first year. There are a few other cards out there offereing 0% the first year if that's the route you want to go, Capital One Quicksilver for instance.
Capital One Venture One is also 0% til next June I believe, and is also a travel rewards card.
I ended up applying for the Venture card to add a travel rewards card to my portfolio. I know a lot of people with CapOne cards and none have been disappointed.
Now, does anyone know if there is a way that I can use the line of credit before my card arrives? I have a purchase that I would like to use it for as this will give me the 20,000 point bonus.
