0% and $0 fee for BT on Navy Federal

I am new to Navy Federal.  From what I have seen on this forum, they offer the 0% and $0 BT once or twice a year.

When do they usually offer it?  Do they send some sort of notice, or do I have to log onto my account daily and look?

Thanks for any input!!

Thanks!  Where did you get that info from?  Is there a website that lists all fees and APR's for BT's?
