its a citizens bank mastercard. i have two and the other card has an apr of 17.99
i looked through my past 4 statements and they all say 0%apr. so its not a glitch.

No idea, but it's a heck of a deal. If it's legitmate, I'd jump all over it.
are you sure that it's not a promotional apr rate? many cards offe 0% apr for anywhere from 6 to 12 months.

it could be im not sure.
my freedom has a promotional rate but it says exp nov 13
this just says 0.00% apr.
