it goes balance subject to apr/apr/and total for the year charged.

has anyone seen this or had this before. 

 

im getting more exited for my 90 day promotion to be up so i can pc my second card to this one.

its a citizens bank mastercard. i have two and the other card has an apr of 17.99

 

i looked through my past 4 statements and they all say 0%apr. so its not a glitch.

are you sure that it's not a promotional apr rate? many cards offe 0% apr for anywhere from 6 to 12 months.

it could be im not sure. 

my freedom has a promotional rate but it says exp nov 13 

this just says 0.00% apr.

There is an applied bank card (i knoe, right) that doesn't charge interest, instead you havr to pay a monthly maintenances fee. Lol.
