0% for 12 Mos. BT with Cap1

My fiancée just received 3 blank BT checks from Cap1 today with a 0% interest for 12 months. There's still the 3% BT fee.

The card she got the offer on was the Cap1 Visa that she just got the CLI on last month. (Maybe that's why Cap1 was in the holiday mood with CLIs last month....)

The checks must be posted by 2013-02-16. So, I have a little time to decide what to do. Here are the debts:

CreditorBalanceLimitUtilizationInterestMinimum
Chase Freedom$510.56$70072.94%22.24%$15.00
Capital One (MC)$921.58$1,50061.44%8.15%$25.00
GECRB/Belk$536.20$95056.44%24.49%$25.00
CB/Victoria's Secret$402.14$93043.24%24.99%$25.00
GECRB/JCP$1,240.64$3,00041.35%26.99%$42.00
GECRB/CareCredit$1,415.95$4,40032.18%26.99%$47.00
Capital One (Visa)$598.96$2,25026.62%19.80%$15.00

Any way you slice it, we're going to be paying $350 per month on these debts, which is $156 above the total minimum, and will continue doing so. (We're actually doing $400, but I excluded my one CC from this list.)

I was thinking maybe pay off the Freedom, Belk, and VS cards. Or, maybe I do either the JCP or CareCredit.

Either way, if we don't pay off the BT before the 12 months are up, the APR would be 19.8%, not backdated so we won't suddenly have several hundred added to the total due.

Thoughts?
