got denied the BCE again. the part of the site where you can see the reasons wont load but the only reason i can think of is because i only got my green card ~6 months ago.

Starting Score: 575 (As Of Early 2011)
Current Score: TU: 767 EQ: 732 EX; 742 (As Of Feb 2012)
Goal Score: 750

@Juan123 keep trying. Your persistence will pay off. I've been applying for the BCP since August and just got approved today.

Applied for a 100K offer amex platinum- had to apply as a "new member" as the other broke- thus waiting vs 60 sec approval

You will get it. Keep applying every 31 days (30days actually, 31 to be safe). Meaning while, just keep using the Amex Green.
