How much difference does 1 vs 2 HPs count on your credit score? Am going to apply for a CC in the future, but was wondering if I should go ahead and add another CC app if the 2nd HP barely does any damage to my score.
This is speaking in general and when I apply I would have 0 HPs in the last 12 months.
That can vary based on your credit profile. For instance, I have a thick file and 1-2 inq's usually dings me about a point. I'd guess thinner files maybe 3-4 points.
