Just got an e-mail offering 10$ free for adding an au to my upromise card just wondering if anyone else has heard of this?

Is this with all of Barclay or just Upromise

I received the similar offer for $10 to add an AU to my UPromise MC.

I didn't receive anything similar for the Priceline Visa, so it must not apply to all Barclay's cards.
