12mo+ 0% APR, No Annual Fee, No Foreign Fee, Cash Back Rewards

Hi All, 

I'm searching for a credit card with very specific features. 

• 12+ months 0% APR
• No Annual Fee
• No Foreign Transaction Fee
• Cash Back Rewards (ideally 1.5%+)

Does this exist? I've found the Citi Double Cash card (2%!) which meets every requirement except No Foreign Fees. 

PS: I have an excellent credit score and I'm open to any issuer (Visa, Chase, etc.).

Capital one quicksilver meets all, but is only 9 months 0% apr instead of 12

Of course, you could apply for V1 (which does have 12 months 0% APR) and then see if you can PC to QS later.

Thanks both! Since posting I've realized that Visa or Mastercard are the only truly global options. 

That being said, I chose BoA Travel Reards Visa over Capital One Quicksilver, based on the below comparison:

• Winner: BoA Travel Rewards (Visa) - 12mos 0% APR, No Annual Fee, No Foreign Fee, 1.5pts/$1 standard - boosted to 2.25pts/$1 as I'm BoA Platinum Tier.
•  Considered: Capital One Quicksilver (MC) - 9mos 0% APR, No Annual Fee, No Foreign Fee, 1.5% Cash Back

I applied for BoA Travel Rewards (Visa) and was immediately approved with $21k limit (more than enough for my upcoming $4k purchase).
