The gas station at the corner near my house has been using the chip card reader since 2013 but I avoid using my chip cards there because their chip reader is very tight and it always scratches my cards... very frustrating. Plus its ten times slower than the ole swipe process. Not looking forward to the switch

Well, at least you're not the person who goes to express checkout with like 50 items in your cart, only to have your card decline, call your CCC while everyone behind you is angry and hate the world.
I was the hot guy in line though, just saying.
