Do you Think Discover will ever let you have a higher limit than 16K again? And.... What is the Highest Limit Citi Offers

Credit limits vary from person to person.  No matter how good your credit, Citi will never give you whatever their internal limit may be if you make $30k and don't have the earning power to sustain said credit.
