2014 is here, what are your credit plans?

Ive switched to my AMEX blue card as my daily driver just because I want to try and get large credit limit increases. I paid all my other cards except My Bestbuy and BarclayAppleFinancing because I want to show a good payment history with Barclay and Citi so I can up my BestBuy card to a reward master and app for Barclay world mastercard in 2 years and recieve a high innitial limit. So do you my fellow myfico members have a daily card or any future plans to app or even to pay down your exisiting debt.

Re: 2014 is here, what are your credit plans?

My only plans at the moment are to get a CLI on my Ring, and to get a Barclaycard Arrival. And maybe in December of this year, ask AmEx for an APR reduction on my BCE. I'd also like to get my BCE up to $5000 so that my Blue Sky has some company Smiley Happy. I've almost decided for sure to upgrade my BCE to a BCP in June, too. And I may possibly ask Citi for a CLI if it'll be a SP.

Re: 2014 is here, what are your credit plans?

It's a really good question for me. Maybe I should PC goRewards to a Visa instead of MC and apply for BCE, then downgrade CSP and arrival to no AF versions...Smiley Indifferent In that case, I would have a Visa and a MC with no foreign transaction fees.

Re: 2014 is here, what are your credit plans?

It could be better for me to PC my goRewards to Flagship, so I would have a Visa signature with no foreign transaction fee after I downgrade CSP to CS. Hmm...still thinking...Smiley LOL
